There are several options available to book an appointment. Call our office to book an appointment during office hours . Book an appointment online at your convenience  via ocean. Important tip: Ensure you have checked your health card is not expired to make your experience seamless. Your health card usually expires around your birthday.

REFERRALS AND INVESTIGATIONS

For referrals to specialists or investigations you would need to book an appointment . if you have not heard back after three weeks about your referral or investigation please contact our office .

PREVENTATIVE CARE

Regular check-ups and screenings to help you stay healthy and prevent illness. 

FORMS AND UNINSURED SERVICES

Forms need an appointment to be completed so  book one. Bring the forms you need along with you. To ensure a smooth service ensure you have your previous medical records to help your request complete quickly for you. You would be insured about a later date when your form would be ready to collect.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Ask your pharmacy to send in a prescription request with medications you are currently taking at the start of your engagement with our office. Renewals are done on the 1st -5th of May your pharmacy would send a prescription request to our office for a new renewal for one year  You would be asked to come in for a medication review appointment as necessary
